Made-to-Order Production
Every custom steel sign we sell is created on demand. Nothing is mass-produced or stored in bulk warehouses. Your sign is not made until you place an order - ensuring clean cuts, durable finishes, and fresh production every time.
Production Timelines
Most orders receive tracking within 4–7 business days.
Some orders may take slightly longer during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
Once production begins, your sign enters a multi-step fabrication process including cutting, grinding, coating, curing, and finishing.
What is the standard production and shipping time?
- Production: Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days
- Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days after production
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.
During peak seasons (Q4), processing and shipping may take slightly longer.
What is Expedited Processing & Shipping?
- Priority Handling → Orders enter the production queue immediately.
- Fast Delivery → Ships with FedEx 2-Day Shipping.
- Coverage → Available across all 50 U.S. states.
- U.S. Only → Not available for international orders.
Shipping Damage, Lost Packages & Package Protection
We know things can occasionally go wrong during shipping, and we want to handle those situations fairly.
When you check out, you may see an optional Package Protection offer. This protection helps cover your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and allows us to replace your sign quickly with minimal delay.
Here’s how we handle it:
If You Purchased Package Protection
- If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible, usually without needing to wait on a carrier investigation.
- You’ll just need to contact us within 3 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the box and the sign (for damage)
- We’ll handle the rest.
If You Did Not Purchase Package Protection
We still stand behind your order and will do what we reasonably can to help.
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the sign. We will:
- Review the damage
- File a claim with the carrier where possible
- Work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement sign when the claim is approved
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement or non-delivery, contact us and we will:
- Investigate with the carrier
- File a claim if eligible
- Work with you toward a resolution based on the outcome of that investigation
Package Protection simply allows us to move faster and be more generous in edge cases, but we do not ignore you if you chose not to purchase it.
Shipping Timeframes
After your sign ships, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on carrier performance and your location.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the 50 great United States of America.
No hidden fees, no surprise charges, just straightforward delivery. Additionally, we do offer expedited (Priority) handling which bumps your order to the front of the queue and will ship your design via FedEx 2-day air.

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States of America.
