Our Refund Policy
Custom Steel Sign Orders
Every sign is made specifically for your order. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items that arrive undamaged.
Please double-check names, dates, spelling, and finish selections before completing checkout - your sign will be produced as submitted, unless submitted with an incompatible character at which point we will make minor modifications to ensure best possible production results (such as use of an apostrophe (') on a design that does not indicate such a character is accepted).
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your sign arrives damaged, bent, scratched, or otherwise defective, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the sign and the issue
Once we confirm damage or a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the original item.
Incorrect Item or Customization Error
If we make an error (wrong color, size, style, or incorrect customization caused by our team), we’ll fix it quickly.
Just send photos and your order number.
A corrected replacement will be shipped at no charge.
Cancellations
Production begins quickly.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
After that point, the fabrication process is already made it too far along, and changes or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
